Apparently my most viewed photo of all time on flickr. My husband is a popular guy.

The story - It was a hot summer evening at the in laws house. July 3, 2006. We were finally alone. The in laws out of town, the kids fast asleep. What better than a naked swim together lit only by subtle pool lights and the moonlight? Not much.... It was fabulous.

I am attempting for the THIRD time to complete the 365 day project. My attempts failed before due to trying to use my DSLR for each portrait and wanting to upload them then tweak them and then having to upload them to flickr etc.... TOO MUCH for a person trying to balance everything including kids, spending time with the husband, and all that other mundane household stuff. SO, I have this new camera phone.... a Samsung Flipshot with a 3mp camera. It is low res and FUN. It has unlimited potential for art photography. Especially if you are willing to try all the settings and tweak them and if you are not afraid of digital noise. I LOVE low res photography, I LOVE toy cameras and then I love the ease of using this item which is always on me anyhow. I can merge two photos in the camera, I can edit saturation, brightness, I can create different color tones and then merge them for a richer look. I am using this way more than the DSLR now. My clients need not worry.... I won't show up to a wedding or portrait shoot with just my camera phone... But I love it for little art creations!

This photo is a self portrait merged with a photo of my son in the mirror maze. I like the dreamy effect.
